I need help!!
I'm a little freaked out that my port area has been very sore for almost a week now. Any suggestions on what could cause that!?!!!
I am on a journey to lose weight and continue on a quest to become a healither more productive person! I would also love to share my faith in the Lord above all else!!!!
My only guess is from working out? I get pains in strange places after some

Is it warm or red? If it is, you need to see your doctor. Otherwise, I have bumped mine before, like reaching over the counter to get something. But if it's not feeling any better in a day or so, I would just be cautious and at least have your doc take a look. Hope it feels better soon!
