T.I.G.H.T.N.E.S.S.

Wow.

I'm tight first thing in the morning. Like REALLY tight.

But by the evening I feel REALLY loose.

This is where the fun begins, right? ;)

On a good note, I'm down a total of 46.8!!!

Gurgle, gurgle!

  2. Yep...a lot of bandsters have this issue. If I were you, I'd try to find a good protein shake you like and just stick with that in the mornings. I've heard some people like the Click shakes because they have caffeine.
